Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.

Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

To request a return:
1. Email us at glowauraskin.us@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
2. Our support team will review your request within 48 hours.
3. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging.
- We do not cover return shipping costs.
- Sale items and personal-care items cannot be returned.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.  
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
